A nourishing new addition to Miami's edible landscape, Ariete is the vision of partners Michael Beltran -- former Cypress Room sous chef -- and Jason Odio -- owner of popular Brickell watering hole, Sidebar. An indoor, outdoor experience on a lush, tree-lined avenue in Coconut Grove, Ariete offers innovative cuisine in a new-American-meets-New-World way. Featuring a Sunday supper-style, family-friendly feel, the menu features shareable entrees and snacks revolving around a wood fired grill. Options include the likes of Foie Gras and plantains & Venison Tartar. Ariete is open for dinner service as of January 2016 at 3540 Main Hwy. in Coconut Grove. Lunch and brunch hours will follow.
